［摘要］北京某研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓為高層建筑，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了項(xiàng)目形成帶有屈曲約束支撐的框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)化過程和結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況。利用PKPM軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算分析，利用MIDAS Gen軟件對(duì)超長樓板進(jìn)行溫度作用下的應(yīng)力分析，利用3D3S軟件對(duì)大跨度鋼桁架+壓型鋼板組合樓蓋進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析等。分析結(jié)果表明，整體結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能良好，體系安全可行，為類似結(jié)構(gòu)類型的工程設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。

Structural design of an experiment building of research and development in Beijing

Abstract:An experiment building of research and development in Beijing is a high-rise building. The optimization process of buckling-restrained brace fit in frame-shear wall structure system and the out-of-code structural characteristics were briefly introduced. The whole structure was calculated and analyzed by  PKPM software, and stress analysis of super long floor under temperature effects was carried out by  MIDAS Gen software, and the  3D3S software was used to carry out the calculation and analysis of the large-span steel truss and composite slabs with profiled steel sheet. The analysis results show that all the indicators of the whole structure meet the demands of codes, and the seismic performance of the structure is well and the structure is safe and reliable, which can provide reference for the similar structure type of  projects.
