武漢華僑城某超高層建筑抗震性能設計

[摘要]武漢華僑城某超高層建筑采用剪力墻結構,結構高度為169-7m。該項目存在高度超限和扭轉不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則等不規(guī)則項目,同時建筑平面外墻轉角處存在轉角窗。采用抗震性能化設計方法,設定性能目標D級,依據(jù)《高層建筑混凝土結構技術規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)進行了小震、風荷載作用下的結構分析,并采取等效彈性方法對結構關鍵構件進行了中、大震下的承載力驗算,采用PKPM SAUSAGE程序進行了罕遇地震彈塑性動力時程分析,對結構整體形態(tài)和關鍵構件的塑性開展進行了研究。結果表明,項目各關鍵構件滿足所設定的抗震性能目標,結構具有良好的抗震性能。

Performance-based seismic design on a super high-rise building of Wuhan Overseas Chinese Town

Abstract:A super high-rise building  of Wuhan Overseas Chinese Town  is adopted reinforced concrete shear wall structure with the building height of 169-7m. There  are irregular items in the project including super high-rise,  torsional irregularity and uneven irregularity. And there are corner windows at the corner of the building exterior wall. The performance-based seismic design method was used with a D-level performance target. According to the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010), the structure was analyzed under frequent earthquake and wind load. The capacity of  key structural components were checked by  equivalent elastic method under fortification and rare earthquakes. The elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis  was carried out by using PKPK SAUSAGE program  to research the overall structural performance and the plasticity development of key components under the rare earthquake. The results show that all the key structural components meet the established seismic performance objectives and the structure has a good seismic performance.
