[摘要]某超高層地下2層、地上79層,頂部68~79層逐層內(nèi)收,桅桿頂高度為339m。采用了帶加強(qiáng)層的“矩形鋼管混凝土柱外筒-鋼筋混凝土內(nèi)筒”的筒中筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為了滿足側(cè)移剛度要求,結(jié)合設(shè)備層和避難層的布置設(shè)置了3道結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層。介紹了該工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型、抗震性能目標(biāo)及主要分析結(jié)果,采用SATWE,MIDAS Building軟件進(jìn)行了施工階段模擬分析、多遇地震彈性時(shí)程分析和罕遇地震動(dòng)力彈塑性分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,該工程安全可靠,能夠滿足抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

Structural design of a super high-rise tube-in-tube system with concrete-filled steel tube columns

Abstract:A super high-rise building contains 2 stories underground and 79 stories aboveground, with diminishing stories from 68th floor to 79th floor, and the relative elevation of the top of the mast is 339m. It adopts tube in tube hybrid structural system composed of concrete-filled rectangular steel tube and RC core with strengthened stories. To enhance the lateral stiffness, combined with the equipment layer and the layout of the shelter layer, three structural reinforcement layers were set up. The structural system selection of the building was introduced as well as seismic performance design goals and the main analysis results. The simulation analysis of construction stage, elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake were carried out by SATWE,MIDAS Building. Analysis results show that the structure of this project is secure and reliable, and it can fulfill seismic performance design goal.
