華敏帝豪大廈結構設計

(華東建筑設計研究院有限公司，上海 200002)［摘要］華敏帝豪大廈采用了帶加強層的框架-核心筒混合結構體系，外圍框架柱分別采用了矩形鋼管混凝土柱和型鋼混凝土柱。系統(tǒng)地介紹了該工程結構體系的特點、抗震性能化設計原則和方法、整體彈性計算結果、罕遇地震作用下的靜力彈塑性分析結果以及地基基礎的設計。著重闡述了設計中的一些關鍵問題，包括帶暗支撐及型鋼的核心筒剪力墻、外圍鋼管混凝土和型鋼混凝土框架、鋼管混凝土斜撐轉換、加強桁架的設計。［關鍵詞］超高層混合結構體系；抗震性能化設計；靜力彈塑性分析；轉換層中圖分類號：TU398文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2011)04-0044-05Structural design of Huamin Imperial TowerLu Daoyuan, Lu Yiming, Ha Minqiang, Ren Tao(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract:Huamin Imperial Tower adopts the frame-corewall hybrid structural system with outriggers. Concrete-filled rectangular steel tube(CFRT) columns and steel reinforced concrete(SRC) columns are used in the periphery. The structural system characteristic, performance-based seismic design principle and method, the main results of elasticity analysis, Pushover analysis under the action of rare earthquake and the design of building foundation were introduced systemically.
