大氣腐蝕干煤棚焊接空心球?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)承載力影響研究

[摘要]含硫煤會(huì)使干煤棚支承構(gòu)件腐蝕而造成網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)倒塌,有必要對(duì)網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)服役期間的整體穩(wěn)定和腐蝕程度之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究?;陔娀瘜W(xué)加速腐蝕的方法和法拉第定律,計(jì)算出通電量和通電時(shí)間,定量控制干煤棚焊接空心球試件的腐蝕量,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)得出試件抗壓極限承載力,經(jīng)回歸分析得出試件抗壓極限承載力和腐蝕率之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)干煤棚實(shí)例進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析,得出網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)服役期間經(jīng)受大氣腐蝕的整體穩(wěn)定變化規(guī)律,并預(yù)測(cè)該干煤棚結(jié)構(gòu)安全使用年限為34年。

Study on effect of atmospheric corroded dry coal shed welded hollow sphere on structural bearing capacity

Abstract:Sulfur-bearing coal corrodes the support of dry coal shed to cause unstable collapse of reticulated shell structure. It is necessary to study the relationship between the overall stability and corrosion degree of reticulated shell structure in service. Based on electrochemical accelerated corrosion method and Faraday′s law, the quantity of electricity and electric time were calculated, and quantitative control was conducted on the corrosion of dry coal shed welding hollow sphere specimen. Through test,  ultimate compressive bearing capacity of  the specimen was obtained, and the relationship between the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of the specimen and the corrosion rate was obtained through regression analysis. The numerical analysis of a dry coal shed project was carried out to obtain the overall stable change rule of reticulated shell structure under atmospheric corrosion during the service, and the safe service life of the dry coal shed structure was predicted to be 34 years.
