鋼網(wǎng)格盒式結(jié)構(gòu)空腹桁架與柱相交節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為了研究裝配整體式鋼網(wǎng)格盒式結(jié)構(gòu)體系空腹桁架與柱相交節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能,設(shè)計(jì)制作了5種不同構(gòu)造參數(shù)的鋼網(wǎng)格盒式結(jié)構(gòu)空腹桁架與H型鋼柱強(qiáng)軸相交節(jié)點(diǎn)試件,進(jìn)行了低周反復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),分析和研究了節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞過程、承載能力、滯回曲線、骨架曲線、延性和耗能性能等指標(biāo)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在桁架與柱連接空腹處設(shè)置連續(xù)槽形焊縫和加勁板的構(gòu)造措施可使塑性鉸外移,避免了桁架根部焊縫的脆性破壞;對于焊有加勁板的試件,不同加勁板尺寸對試件的抗震性能有一定程度的影響。焊有加勁板試件在應(yīng)力集中部位易形成裂縫,而利用連續(xù)槽形焊縫替代加勁板補(bǔ)強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)則可以緩解試件應(yīng)力集中;這兩種構(gòu)造形式均由于腹板受壓而出現(xiàn)一定程度的腹板局部屈曲現(xiàn)象。為盒式結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了一定的理論支持。

Experimental study on seismic behavior of intersection joints of vierendeel truss with column in steel grid cassette structure

Abstract:In order to study the seismic performance of intersection joints of vierendeel truss with column in integral assembly steel grid cassette structure, five kinds of steel grid box structure hollow truss and H\|section column strong axis intersection node test piece with different structural parameters were designed and made, and  the low-cyclic reversed loading test was carried out. The damage process, bearing capacity, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, ductility and energy dissipation performance of the joint were analyzed and studied. The test results show that at the vierendeel of the joint between the truss and column, both adopting continuous groove weld and installing stiffening plate are able to move plastic hinge outward, avoiding the brittle failure of the truss root weld.  For welding specimens with stiffening plates, the  size of the stiffening plate has a certain degree of influence on the seismic performance of the specimens. Welding specimens with stiffening plates are prone to cracks in the stress concentration area, and the use of continuous groove welds instead of stiffening plates can alleviate the stress concentration of the specimens; both of these configurations have a certain degree of local buckling of the web due to compression of the web. The research provides some theoretical support for the practical application of the cassette structural joint.
