[摘要]對直徑為44mm的微小芯樣進行抗彎折試驗以及相應(yīng)齡期的立方體試件力學(xué)性能測試,獲得了微小芯樣名義抗折強度和立方體試件抗壓強度。結(jié)果表明:微小芯樣名義抗折強度與混凝土立方體試件抗壓強度存在顯著的相關(guān)性,建立的冪函數(shù)抗折法測強曲線具有足夠的工程檢測精度;對國內(nèi)外混凝土抗折強度換算公式進行了比較與分析,研究結(jié)果可供工程質(zhì)量檢測與控制參考。

Technical study for inspection of concrete compressive strength by micro-core sample bending method

Abstract:The bending test was conducted on micro-core sample with a diameter of 44mm, and mechanical property test was conducted on cubic specimens with relevant ages, to obtain the nominal bending strength of micro-core sample and the compressive strength of cubic specimens. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the nominal bending strength of micro-core sample and the compressive strength of concrete cube specimens, and the established power function bending strength curve has sufficient engineering detection accuracy. The conversion formulas of concrete bending strength at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, and the results can be used as reference for engineering quality detection and control.
