內(nèi)嵌預(yù)應(yīng)力混雜筋材加固混凝土梁試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]基于螺旋肋鋼絲、CFRP筋材兩種材料的特點(diǎn),提出將預(yù)應(yīng)力螺旋肋鋼絲、CFRP筋材混合內(nèi)嵌于混凝土梁中的加固方法,并通過對1根對比梁、6根內(nèi)嵌不同加固筋材的試驗(yàn)梁進(jìn)行靜力加載試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)分析了加固梁的抗彎承載能力、變形能力、裂縫狀況、破壞形態(tài)和延性等。研究結(jié)果表明,加固方法在滿足延性要求的同時,能夠顯著提高試驗(yàn)梁的開裂荷載、屈服荷載、極限荷載,改善被加固梁的變形能力。其中,BF1P2-45加固梁的加固效果較好。研究成果可為其他相關(guān)研究提供參考。

Experimental study on concrete beams strengthened with prestressed  near-surface-mounted helical rib steel wire and CFRP rod

Abstract:Based on the properties of helical rib steel wire and carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) rod, a new reinforcement method of concrete beams  with prestressed near-surface-mounted (NSM) helical rib steel wire and CFRP rod was  presented. Static loading tests were carried out on one contrast beam and six test beams strengthened with different reinforcement bars. The flexural bearing capacity, deformation capacity, crack condition, failure state and ductility of the strengthened beams were analyzed systematically. The experimental results show that the reinforcement method can significantly increase the cracking load, yield load and ultimate load of the test beams while meeting the requirement of ductility, and the deformability was also improved. The research results can  provide a reference for other related research.
