第26屆世界大學(xué)生運動會籃球館弦支穹頂屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(深圳大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院，深圳 518060)［摘要］2011年第26屆夏季世界大學(xué)生運動會籃球館為一復(fù)雜體育建筑，其上部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋直徑72m，為采用單層網(wǎng)殼加弦支體系組成的弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)體系，支承于沿72m直徑圓周邊均勻布置的24根鋼筋混凝土柱上。圍繞屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)選型、受力特點及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵性問題，進行了以下的分析研究：弦支穹頂屋蓋設(shè)計控制標準；弦支穹頂下部索桿體系的布置；預(yù)應(yīng)力的大小選用原則分析；屋蓋屈曲穩(wěn)定分析；預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉整體結(jié)構(gòu)施工全過程模擬及施工方案分析；復(fù)雜節(jié)點實體有限元計算分析。從中歸納、總結(jié)了弦支穹頂屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中應(yīng)注意的關(guān)鍵問題及應(yīng)采取的結(jié)構(gòu)措施，可供同類工程參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］單層網(wǎng)殼；弦支穹頂；索桿體系；屈曲分析；焊接圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點；鑄鋼節(jié)點中圖分類號：TU318,TU375文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2011)04-0024-05Structural design of suspend-dome structure of Pingshan Basketball Gymnasium for Universidad 2011 ShenzhenMeng Meili, Wu Bing, Fu Xueyi, Sun Can, Feng Yewen (The Institute of Architecture Design & Research, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen 518060, China)Abstract:The suspend-dome structure is designed for the steel roof of Pingshan Basketball Gymnasium for Universidad 2011 Shenzhen, with the overlapping diameter 72m, and is supported by 24 RC columns evenly distributed along the periphery. The following analyses were carried out: the design criterion of the suspenddome; the linear and nonlinear buckling analysis; the detail analysis of the complex key joint, the arrangement analysis of the suspending chord and the prestressed cable; the construction stage modeling and construction scheme analysis.
