[摘要]依托安徽省合肥市變電站項(xiàng)目,設(shè)計(jì)了一種風(fēng)帆形狀的新型聯(lián)合出線構(gòu)架,出線布置由傳統(tǒng)的水平排列改為豎向排列,節(jié)省占地,極大節(jié)約了項(xiàng)目用地成本。采用連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化中的人工密度法優(yōu)化風(fēng)帆式構(gòu)架平面布置形式,并提出全新的構(gòu)架梁連接板的構(gòu)造方案。依據(jù)構(gòu)架型式和節(jié)點(diǎn)布置方案采用MIDAS/Gen和ABAQUS軟件建立有限元模型來優(yōu)選圓形鋼管截面型號(hào),校核其強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性,并對(duì)構(gòu)架關(guān)鍵連接節(jié)點(diǎn)做計(jì)算分析。結(jié)果表明,風(fēng)帆式聯(lián)合出線構(gòu)架安全可靠。

Structural design and analysis of sail-shaped joint wire substation frame

Abstract:Based on Hefei Substation Project in Anhui Province, a new type of sail-shaped joint wire substation frame was designed. The layout of the wires was changed from the traditional horizontal arrangement to the vertical arrangement, which greatly reduced the occupied area and cost. The artificial density method in the topology optimization of continuous structure was used to optimize the planar layout pattern of the sail-shaped frame. A new construction scheme of connecting plate for frame beam was put forward. According to the structural form and joint arrangement scheme, the finite element model was established by MIDAS/Gen and ABAQUS software to optimize the section type of circular steel tube, check its strength, stiffness and stability, and calculate and analyze the key joints of the frame. The results show that the sail-shaped joint wire substation frame is safe and reliable.
