[摘要]介紹了一種由折桿剪式單元構(gòu)成的徑向開合網(wǎng)架,推導(dǎo)了網(wǎng)架開合過程中各節(jié)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性及界限;此外,為了解決其支座設(shè)置困難的問題,在外圈設(shè)置環(huán)向布置的滑移桿及滑移桿外圈的多邊形軌道,并驗(yàn)證其功能與構(gòu)造上的可行性與合理性。通過上述過程,開發(fā)出一種帶外圈滑移桿及內(nèi)凹式軌道的徑向開合屋蓋,證明了其在開合性能上的可行性與合理性。

Research on the motion characteristics of radial opening and closing grid

Abstract:A radial opening and closing grid composed of folding bar shearing units was introduced, and the motion characteristics and boundaries of each node during the opening and closing of the grid were derived. In addition, in order to solve the difficulty in setting up supports, the ring-arranged sliding rod and the polygonal track of the outer ring of the sliding rod were arranged on the outer ring, and the feasibility and rationality of the function and structure were verified. Through the above process, a radial opening and closing roof with an outer ring sliding rod and a concave track was developed, and its feasibility and rationality in opening and closing performance was proved.
