橫向張拉法體外預應力加固RC梁抗裂分析*

[摘要]為研究體外預應力橫向張拉法加固矩形鋼筋混凝土(RC)梁的抗裂效果,對6根加固梁和2根對比梁進行一次或二次受力試驗研究,觀測記錄了試驗梁的裂縫開展形態(tài)、裂縫寬度和開裂荷載。計算分析了橫向張拉法體外預應力加固矩形RC梁的抗裂度,給出了橫向張拉法體外預應力有效預應力的合理估算方法。試驗結(jié)果表明,橫向張拉法體外預應力能有效提高梁的開裂荷載、抑制裂縫開展和控制裂縫寬度,是抗裂加固的一種有效方法。提出的有效預應力估算方法符合工程技術(shù)要求,可供工程加固設計參考。

Crack resistance analysis on RC beams strengthened by externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method

Abstract:To study the crack resistance effects of rectangular reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened by externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method, experimental study on six strengthened beams and two compared beams under primary or secondary loading was constructed. Crack development patterns, crack width and cracking load of beams were observed and recorded. Crack resistance of rectangular RC beams strengthened by externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method was calculated and analyzed, and a reasonable calculation method of effective prestress for such method was proposed. The results show that externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method can effectively increase the cracking load, restrain crack development and control crack width. It is an effective way for crack reinforcement. The proposed method for estimation of effective prestress meets the technical requirements and provides a good reference for reinforcement engineering design.
