智能碳纖維板嵌入式加固矩形截面鋼筋混凝土梁試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]將碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(CFRP)與光纖光柵(OFBG)的傳感特性結(jié)合,研制出智能碳纖維(CFRP-OFBG)板。共對6根梁進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),其中5根為CFRP-OFBG板嵌入式加固矩形截面鋼筋混凝土梁,1根未加固矩形截面鋼筋混凝土梁作為對比,通過試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測CFRP-OFBG板的中心波長變化來推算出CFRP-OFBG板的應(yīng)變值,并將CFRP-OFBG板的中心波長變化與同一位置處CFRP-OFBG板的應(yīng)變值進(jìn)行繪圖分析。結(jié)果表明:CFRP-OFBG板的中心波長變化與同一位置處CFRP-OFBG板的應(yīng)變值呈現(xiàn)出良好的線性關(guān)系,且擬合得到的CFRP-OFBG板靈敏度系數(shù)約為1-2pm/με,與CFRP-OFBG板的應(yīng)變傳感靈敏度1-281pm/με吻合良好,為結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測和結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性分析提供了一種方法。

Experimental study on intelligent carbon fiber slab embedded reinforced concrete beam with rectangular section

Abstract:The sensing characteristics of the optical fiber bragg grating (OFBG) were incorporated with carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) to develop the intelligent carbon fiber (CFRP-OFBG) slab. Six beams were tested; five of them were CFRP-OFBG embedded reinforced concrete beams with rectangular section and one was reinforced concrete beam with rectangular section but without CFRP-OFBG embedded reinforcement as contrast. The strain values of CFRP-OFBG slabs were calculated by monitoring the change of the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slabs, and the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slabs and the strain values of CFRP-OFBG slabs at the same location were plotted and analyzed. The results show that the change of the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slab has a good linear relationship with the strain value of CFRP-OFBG slab at the same location, and the sensitivity coefficient of CFRP-OFBG plate obtained by fitting is about 1-2pm/με, which is in good agreement with the strain sensitivity of CFRP-OFBG slab of 1-281pm/με. It provides a method for structural health monitoring and structural reliability analysis.
