[摘要]在加固工程中,CFRP布-混凝土界面的有效粘結(jié)是決定加固效果的關(guān)鍵因素。針對(duì)四根已產(chǎn)生疲勞損傷的足尺鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行CFRP布加固,考慮原鋼筋混凝土梁損傷程度和疲勞幅值影響,對(duì)CFRP布加固損傷鋼筋混凝土梁界面的粘結(jié)性能進(jìn)行疲勞試驗(yàn)研究,探討CFRP布-混凝土界面在疲勞荷載作用下的粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布以及加固后試驗(yàn)梁的疲勞粘結(jié)性能。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)梁初始損傷程度和疲勞幅值越大,CFRP布-混凝土界面的粘結(jié)性能越差,疲勞壽命越??;當(dāng)疲勞幅值超過0-6時(shí),加固梁的疲勞壽命急劇下降,發(fā)生脆性疲勞粘結(jié)破壞。

Experimental analysis on bond performance of damaged concrete beams reinforced with CFRP sheets under fatigue load

Abstract:In the reinforcement project, the bond performance of the interface between CFRP sheets and concrete is a key factor that determines the effectiveness of the reinforcement. Four full-scale reinforced concrete beams with fatigue damage were reinforced with CFRP sheets. Considering the impacts of damage degree of the original reinforced concrete beams and fatigue amplitude, the fatigue test was carried out on the bonding performance of damaged reinforced concrete beams reinforced with CFRP sheets. The bond stress distribution of interface between CFRP sheets and concrete under fatigue load and the fatigue bond performance of reinforced test beams were discussed. The results show that the greater the initial damage degree and fatigue amplitude of the test beam are, the worse the bonding performance of interface between CFRP sheets and concrete is and the smaller the fatigue life is; when the fatigue amplitude exceeds 0-6, the fatigue life of the reinforced beam decreases sharply and brittle fatigue bond failure occurs.
