基于“抗與放”原則的購物中心超長結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]某大型購物中心采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,平面長度228m,為滿足建筑功能不設(shè)置永久變形縫,為超長結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的溫差收縮效應(yīng)進(jìn)行有限元分析,并以“抗放兼?zhèn)?rdquo;為原則,綜合運(yùn)用了傳統(tǒng)抗裂縫技術(shù)和釋放溫度應(yīng)力的新技術(shù)。地下室外墻采用誘導(dǎo)縫,使裂縫集中在設(shè)置了加強(qiáng)建筑防水的誘導(dǎo)縫位置出現(xiàn),明顯釋放了外墻混凝土溫度應(yīng)力。地上部分平面中部各層樓板采用誘導(dǎo)凹槽,既保證了結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗側(cè)剛度以滿足抗震要求,又釋放了樓板混凝土溫度應(yīng)力。

Super-long structural design of shopping mall based on “Resist and Release” Principle

Abstract:Reinforced concrete frame structural system with a plane length of 228m was adopted in a shopping mall. In order to satisfy the building function, there is no permanent deformation joint, so it is a super-long structure. The finite element analysis of the temperature difference shrinkage effect of the structure was carried out, and the traditional anti-cracking technology and the new technology of releasing temperature stress were comprehensively applied on the basis of the “Resist and Release” Principle. Induced joints were used in basement exterior wall, which made cracks concentrate on the position of induced joints with reinforced building waterproofing measures, and accordingly the concrete temperature stress of exterior wall was released. Induced grooves were used in the mid-floors of the above-ground planes, which not only ensured the overall lateral stiffness of the structure to meet the seismic requirements, but also released the concrete temperature stress of the floorslab.
