南寧某超限項目收縮和徐變分析

[摘要]本工程為鋼筋混凝土核心筒+鋼管混凝土框架混合結(jié)構(gòu),采用歐洲規(guī)范CEB-FIP模式計算混凝土收縮徐變影響,具體分析了豎向構(gòu)件累積變形以及收縮徐變對框架柱的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,施工完成5年后最大柱軸力(與伸臂桁架連接處柱)約增加10%,在施工圖設計階段應考慮收縮徐變的不利影響,并采用調(diào)平設計。收縮徐變對伸臂桁架內(nèi)力和變形產(chǎn)生影響,計算中應考慮此部分荷載疊加,使伸臂桁架滿足規(guī)范要求。重力荷載引起的樓層水平位移會影響設備的安裝,設計中也應考慮。同時施工階段和使用階段必須對收縮徐變進行監(jiān)控。

Analysis on shrinkage and creep of an over-limited project in Nanning

Abstract:The project is a reinforced concrete core tube + concrete-filled steel tube frame hybrid structure. The European standard CEB-FIP mode was used to calculate the shrinkage and creep of concrete. The cumulative deformation and shrinkage and creep of the vertical members were analyzed. The analysis results show that the maximum column axial force (with the column of the truss joint) increases by about 10% after 5 years of construction, and the adverse effects of the deformation should be considered in the design stage of the construction drawing, and the leveling design is adopted. Shrinkage and creep have an effect on the internal force and deformation of the outrigger truss. This part of superimposed load should be considered in the calculation, so that the outrigger truss meets the requirements of the specification. The horizontal displacement of the floor caused by gravity loads will affect the installation of the equipment and should also be considered in the design. The deformation must be monitored during both the construction phase and the use phase.
