[摘要]航空工業(yè)信息中心科研辦公樓為大底盤雙塔結(jié)構(gòu),兩塔在3層以上逐層收進(jìn),體型比較復(fù)雜。結(jié)構(gòu)雖不屬于超限高層,但存在凹凸不規(guī)則和豎向不規(guī)則等不利因素,故需對結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能進(jìn)行深入分析。首先采用SATWE,ETABS兩種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,取反應(yīng)譜法和彈性時程分析法計算結(jié)果的包絡(luò)值進(jìn)行設(shè)計;對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行靜力彈塑性分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行有針對性的加強(qiáng);分析地震時連接南、北塔樓的斜屋面對主體結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,為經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理地選取支座提供依據(jù);闡述了局部轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的計算方法及構(gòu)造措施。

Structural analysis and design of scientific research office building of Aviation Industry Information Center

Abstract:The scientific research office building of Aviation Industry Information Center(AIIC( is a twin-tower structure with large chassis. The two towers have setbacks step by step above the third layer and the shape is complex. Although the structure does not belong to the out-of-code high-rise structure, there are disadvantages such as concave-convex irregularities and vertical irregularities, so it is necessary to make a thorough analysis of the seismic performance of the structure. First two kinds of software including SATWE and ETABS were adopted to analyze the structure, and then the envelope values of the results of response spectrum method and elastic time-history analysis were adopted to design the structure. The static elastic-plastic analysis was carried on, and the weak parts of the building were strengthened according to the analysis results. The influences of the inclined roof connecting the south and north towers on the seismic performance of the main structure were analyzed, which provided a basis for the economic and rational selection. The calculation method and structural measures of the local conversion structure were expounded.
