[摘要]寧波國華金融大廈塔樓建筑高度2061m,是一座5A甲級寫字樓。塔樓采用斜交網(wǎng)格外框架核心筒雙重抗側(cè)力體系,周邊鋼梁僅在節(jié)點(diǎn)層與斜交網(wǎng)格剛接,在其余樓層鉸接。重力支承系統(tǒng)包括橫跨在核心筒與外圍斜交網(wǎng)格之間的鋼梁以及鋼梁支承的鋼筋桁架組合樓板。主要研究了該塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)體系及特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的性能目標(biāo)、斜交網(wǎng)格節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計、整體指標(biāo)的控制、彈性時程分析的地震效應(yīng)以及結(jié)構(gòu)主要抗震構(gòu)造措施。結(jié)果表明,
相對傳統(tǒng)的框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,斜交網(wǎng)格外框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系中斜交網(wǎng)格外框架承擔(dān)的剪力和傾覆力矩均較大,可視為筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。

Design of super highrise diagonal grid system for Ningbo Guohua Financial Tower

Abstract: Ningbo Guohua Financial Tower is a 5A grade office building of 2061 meters height. The double lateral force resisting system of the diagonal grid outer frame and the corewall was adopted for the tower. The surrounding steel beams are simply connected to the diagonal grid at the node layer and hinged on the other floors. The gravity support system consists of a steel beam spanning between the outer diagonal grid and the corewall, and consists of the steel bar truss composite slab supported by the steel beam. The structural system and characteristics of the tower, the performance objectives of structural members, the design of diagonal grid joints, the control of overall indices, the seismic effect of elastic timehistory analysis and the main seismic structural measures were studied. The results show that the shear and overturning moments undertaken by the diagonal grid outer frame are larger for diagonal grid outer framecorewall structural system than those of the traditional framecorewall structural system, and diagonal grid outer framecorewall structural system can be regarded as the tubeintube structural system.
