超聲法檢測鋼管混凝土缺陷關(guān)鍵技術(shù)試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]在鋼管混凝土缺陷檢測領(lǐng)域一般認(rèn)為,超聲法存在超聲波短路和結(jié)合面脫開后超聲波在界面的傳播問題這兩種不足,這些缺點(diǎn)限制了其在工程中的應(yīng)用。為此,進(jìn)行了聲速試驗(yàn)和結(jié)合面試驗(yàn)兩個(gè)分項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:在目前的探頭布設(shè)方式下,超聲波以橫波在鋼管中傳播,速度約為3 200m/s,存在超聲波短路的概率很低;鋼材與混凝土結(jié)合面脫開后,波形雜亂,采集不到首波信號(hào)。這就要求工程質(zhì)量檢測要在混凝土澆筑后盡快進(jìn)行。

Test analysis of key technology in ultrasonic defect detection of concrete filled steel tube

Abstract:In the field of concrete filled steel tube defect detection, there are two defects of ultrasonic method, which are ultrasonic path problem and the ultrasonic wave transmission in the interface after the bonding face torn off。The two defects have limited the application of ultrasonic method. The sound velocity experiment and bonding surface experiment results show that, under the current layout mode, ultrasound transmits as rotational wave in the steel, and the speed is about 3200m/s. There is a low probability of short ultrasonic. After combination of steel and concrete bonding face torn off, the wave is random and  the first wave of the signal cannot be collected, which requires engineering quality detection to be done as soon as possible after the concrete pouring.
