余震作用下早齡期鋼筋混凝土握裹力試驗

[摘要]汶川災(zāi)后重建過程中余震不斷,新澆筑的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)受余震作用后鋼筋產(chǎn)生甩動、構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)微裂縫等現(xiàn)象,這些現(xiàn)象是否會影響鋼筋與混凝土間的握裹力,是重建項目所面臨的問題之一。對早齡期鋼筋混凝土試件施以不同峰值加速度的振動力后即時進行拉拔試驗,分析不同振動力對不同齡期的混凝土鋼筋握裹力的影響。結(jié)果表明:早齡期混凝土在12h(初凝至終凝間)受振動作用,對鋼筋握裹力影響最大,即時可產(chǎn)生13.86%的折損;而2d以上齡期的混凝土受振動作用,其鋼筋握裹力折減率最大僅為4.69%。

Experimental study on bond force of early\|age reinforced concrete under aftershock

Abstract:The process of Wenchuan reconstruction suffered ongoing aftershock. Fresh reinforced concrete was influenced by the aftershock, such as reinforcing steel swung, crack appeared on components. It is one of the problems of reconstruction whether the phenomenon would influence the bond force. After subjected to different earthquake excitations at different ages, early\|age reinforced concrete specimens were studied by pull-out tests. Under the different earthquake force, bond force of bars at different ages were discussed. The results show that, the bond force of early\|age concrete is effected by vibration at 12 hours (between the initial and final set) mostly, reduced about 13.86%. And the bond force of concrete after 2 days is influenced little, only 4.69% damaged.
