風(fēng)荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向變形限值的研究*

[摘要]風(fēng)荷載作用下的層間位移角作為高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)控制參數(shù)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性有著重要的影響,但不同國(guó)家及地區(qū)規(guī)范對(duì)層間位移角控制卻不盡相同。世界各地的高層建筑在各自的規(guī)范控制下正常發(fā)揮使用功能,說(shuō)明各規(guī)范的層間位移角限值均在合理的范圍內(nèi)。針對(duì)不同高度的框架結(jié)構(gòu)、框-剪結(jié)構(gòu)、剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和框-筒結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載作用下的層間位移角,取相同結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、場(chǎng)地條件和風(fēng)速,將中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)規(guī)范與歐洲、美國(guó)、澳新、日本、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)和中國(guó)香港地區(qū)等規(guī)范進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。對(duì)于框架結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)歐洲、美國(guó)、澳新和中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)規(guī)范要求較嚴(yán)格,日本、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)和中國(guó)香港地區(qū)規(guī)范要求較寬松;對(duì)于以剪力墻為主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件的結(jié)構(gòu),中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)規(guī)范要求最嚴(yán)格。按中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)和中國(guó)香港地區(qū)規(guī)范分別對(duì)位于中國(guó)香港地區(qū)的建筑進(jìn)行計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)規(guī)范要求更嚴(yán)格。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,建議中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)不區(qū)分結(jié)構(gòu)形式與高度,將風(fēng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角限值定為1/450。

Study on lateral displacement limit of structures under wind loads

Abstract:The story drift ratio under wind load is a  control parameter  of high-rise building structure with important influence on the economy, but the control of story drift ratio is different in codes of different countries and regions. The high-rise buildings around the world are functioning normally under the control of their respective codes, indicating that the story drift ratio limit of each code is within a reasonable range. The story drift ratios of frame structure, frame-shear wall structure, shear wall structure and frame-corewall structure of different heights under the wind load were studied under the same conditions of structural size, site condition and wind speed. The results were analyzed and compared for codes from mainland China, Europe, the United States, Australia-New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan (China), and Hong Kong (China). For frame structures, it is found that the code requirements of Europe, the United States, Australia-New Zealand and mainland China are stringent, and the code requirements of Japan, Taiwan (China), and Hong Kong (China) are relaxed. For the structure with shear wall as the main component to resist lateral forces, code requirement of mainland China is the most stringent. A building in Hong Kong (China) was calculated and designed according to the codes of mainland China and the codes of Hong Kong (China) respectively, and the results were compared. It is found that the code requirement  of mainland China is more stringent. According to the analysis results, it is recommended that the structural form and height are not distinguished in mainland of China, and the story drift ratio limit under the wind load is set to 1/450.
