[摘要]對(duì)不同應(yīng)變速率(8-58×10-3,4-29×10-2,2-15×10-1s-1)和索徑(5-2,15-2,50mm)的5組鋼絞線進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,不同應(yīng)變速率下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線形狀大致相同;應(yīng)變速率每增加5倍,鋼絞線的屈服應(yīng)變約下降3%,極限應(yīng)變約下降5%,極限應(yīng)力和屈服應(yīng)力約提升3%;隨應(yīng)變速率的提高,鋼絞線在達(dá)到極限狀態(tài)前斷絲的趨勢(shì)增加;鋼絞線中芯單絲的滑移一般發(fā)生在動(dòng)荷載的低速加載階段,并且鋼絞線主要發(fā)生延性斷裂,斷口形式為銑刀式斷口,屬于宏觀延性斷口。

Dynamic test study of steel strand under different strain rates and cable diameters

Abstract:Dynamic tests of five groups of steel strands with different strain rate (8-58×10-3, 4-29×10-2, 2-15×10-1s-1) and cable diameter (5-2, 15-2, 50mm) were carried out. The results show that the shape of the stress-strain curve is approximately the same under different strain rate; yield strain decreases by 3% and the ultimate strain decreases by 5% and the ultimate stress and yield stress increase by 3% for each five-fold increase of strain rate; the tendency of steel strand breakage increases before reaching the ultimate state with the increase of strain rate; and the slippage of the core monofilament in the steel strand usually occurs in the low-speed loading stage of dynamic load, and the ductile fracture mainly occurs in the steel strand, with the fracture form of milling cutter fracture which belongs to macro ductile fracture.
