[摘要]殘余應(yīng)力是影響鋼結(jié)構(gòu)受壓穩(wěn)定、疲勞斷裂、脆性破壞和應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂的一種不可避免的初始缺陷。為研究不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)等邊熱軋角鋼截面縱向殘余應(yīng)力分布,采用盲孔法對(duì)L110×8,L110×10,L160×12,L160×16共4種截面規(guī)格的Q235,Q345及Q420共計(jì)36個(gè)角鋼試件的殘余應(yīng)力進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測(cè)量,得到了每個(gè)試件縱向殘余應(yīng)力的數(shù)值大小和分布范圍??紤]到殘余應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)離散性較大,采用方差分析研究了角鋼的肢邊緣與肢背處殘余應(yīng)力分布及試件寬厚比、強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對(duì)殘余應(yīng)力系數(shù)的影響。分析結(jié)果表明:角鋼各肢的殘余應(yīng)力分布關(guān)于肢中心對(duì)稱(chēng),角鋼的肢邊緣與肢背處殘余壓應(yīng)力大致相等;試件寬厚比和強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對(duì)殘余應(yīng)力系數(shù)沒(méi)有顯著影響,給出了描述試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的殘余應(yīng)力分布模式和建議峰值。

Measurement of residual stress and variance of section of hot rolled angle steel by blind hole method

Abstract:Residual stress is one of the inevitable initial imperfections for the compression stability of steel structure, fatigue failure, brittle failure and stress corrosion cracking. To investigate the longitudinal residual stress distribution in different strength grade equal-leg hot-rolled steel angle section, an experimental study of the residual stress of 36 specimens, including 4 types of sections:L110×8, L110×10, L160×12, L160×16 and 3 types of strength grade: Q235, Q345 and Q420, was conducted using blind hole method. And the magnitude and distribution of longitudinal residual stress were obtained. Considering the great discreteness of testing data, the residual stress distribution of steel angle back and edgeand the effect of width-thickness ratio and strength grade on residual stress coefficient were studied using variance analysis. Results show that the residual stress distribution on each limb of the steel angle is symmetric with respect to the limb center. And the compressive residual stress of steel angle back is approximately equal to the stress of steel angle edge. The residual stress coefficient is hardly correlated to the width-thickness ratio and strength grade. Moreover, a distribution pattern and proposed peak to predict the residual stress were given, which well described the experimental results.
