偏心受壓作用下鑄鋼分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為了了解樹狀柱結(jié)構(gòu)中的鑄鋼分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)在軸力和彎矩共同作用下的受力性能,對(duì)一個(gè)典型的鑄鋼三分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了足尺模型偏心受壓試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)在1 000t微機(jī)控制電液伺服壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行,對(duì)鑄鋼三分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)主管進(jìn)行偏心加載,偏心距200mm,分析了節(jié)點(diǎn)的位移變化和應(yīng)力分布特征。采用SolidWorks軟件建立與試驗(yàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)相對(duì)應(yīng)的分析模型,然后導(dǎo)入ANSYS軟件對(duì)該節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元計(jì)算,將其計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。進(jìn)而提出了基于主管破壞的節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力計(jì)算公式。研究結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果、有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果及承載力計(jì)算公式計(jì)算的結(jié)果三者吻合較好,節(jié)點(diǎn)在受壓側(cè)與受拉側(cè)的應(yīng)力水平差異明顯,彎矩作用影響顯著。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior  of cast-steel joint with branches under the action of eccentric compression

Abstract:In order to understand the mechanical behavior of the cast-steel joints with branches in the tree-like column structure under the action of axial force and bending moment, a typical cast-steel three-branch joint was subjected to the full-scale model eccentric compression test. The experiment was carried out on a 1 000t micro-computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure tester. The main pipe of cast-steel three-branch joint was loaded eccentrically with an eccentricity of 200mm. The displacement variation and stress distribution characteristics of the joint were analyzed. SolidWorks software was used to establish the analysis model corresponding to the test node, and then ANSYS software was imported to calculate the joint by finite element method, and the results of calculation were compared with the test results. Furthermore, a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of joints based on the failure of the main pipe was proposed. The results show that the test results, the finite element calculation results and the calculation results of  bearing capacity calculation formula are in good agreement. The stress levels of the joints at the compression side and the tension side are obviously different, and the bending moment effect is significant.
