[摘要]基于武漢市某單位長(zhǎng)豐村城中村改造K10地塊項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)對(duì)比兩種柱網(wǎng)(大柱網(wǎng)7-8m×7-8m、小柱網(wǎng)5-4m×5-4m)條件下地下室不同樓蓋體系經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的差異,分析了不同柱跨和樓蓋體系對(duì)地下室層高、整體經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響。結(jié)果表明,小柱網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)性?xún)?yōu)于大柱網(wǎng),無(wú)梁樓蓋體系優(yōu)于其他樓蓋形式。

Economic analysis of basement with different structural schemes

Abstract:Based on block K10 of a renovation of urban-village project in Changfeng village in Wuhan. The differences of economic indicators of basement with different floor systems under two column networks (the large column-grid is 7-8m×7-8m and the smaller column-grid is 5-4m×5-4m) were compared. The effects of different column spacing and floor systems on the storey height of basement and the overall economy of basement were analyzed. Results show that the economy of the smaller column-grid is better than that of the large column-grid and girderless floor system is better than that of others.
