[摘要]蘇州龍湖某綜合體建筑總高度218-5m,結(jié)構(gòu)高度198-5m,采用鋼筋混凝土(RC)框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,是具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、偏心布置、樓板局部不連續(xù)、豎向剛度突變等不規(guī)則項(xiàng)的超B級(jí)高度高層建筑。采用抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震、中震和大震性能計(jì)算。同時(shí)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了大震靜力和動(dòng)力彈塑性分析、大開洞樓板專項(xiàng)分析等。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、安全、可靠,能夠滿足預(yù)定的性能目標(biāo),大開洞樓板可實(shí)現(xiàn)中震不屈服。

Structural design of an out-of-code high-rise Longhu complex building in Suzhou

Abstract:The total height of a Longhu complex building in Suzhou  is 218-5m and the structural height is 198-5m. Structural system of RC frame-corewall is adopted. It is an out-of-code high-rise building exceeding B-level height requirement and it has irregular items including irregular torsion, eccentric arrangement, local floor discontinuity and vertical stiffness mutation. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted and calculations under the frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake were conducted on the main structure according to predetermined seismic performance objectives. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the project, static and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake and specific analysis of the floor with large openings were carried out. The calculation results show that the structural system is reasonable, safe and reliable, and can meet the predetermined performance objectives. The floor with large openings can achieve the non-yielding objective under fortification earthquake.
