新型三棱柱張拉整體平板結(jié)構(gòu)研究

[摘要]張拉整體平板結(jié)構(gòu)由張拉整體單元按一定規(guī)則集成,其組成單元多為張拉整體三棱柱或四棱柱單元。利用張拉整體三棱柱左、右旋單元不同受力行為特點(diǎn),采用節(jié)點(diǎn)直接相連的方式構(gòu)造了一種新型三棱柱張拉整體平板結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了其拓?fù)錁?gòu)成,并通過找形、找力及荷載態(tài)分析三個(gè)步驟研究了單元及平板的結(jié)構(gòu)性能,總結(jié)出該平板結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)原則。通過與普通網(wǎng)架的對(duì)比,顯示出新型平板結(jié)構(gòu)較好的整體剛度,具有工程應(yīng)用的可行性。

Research of a new triangular prism tensegrity plate structure

Abstract:Tensegrity plate is consisted of the tensegrity units. The majority unit is tri-prism units or four-prism units. An exploring study on a new type of tensegrity plane structure was presented. It was made up of left-handed tri-prism units and right-handed ones in a node-node connecting way based on the different performances of these two types of units. The topology of this new structure was first investigated. Then the structural behavior of both units and the plate structure were investigated by formfinding, forcefinding and load analysis. The design rules of the plate structure were summarized. The technical index of the new structure and the space lattice structure was finally compared. The result proves this proposed new structure has great stiffness and can be applied in the real project.
