蘇州現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場新型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

[摘要]蘇州現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場是典型的城市綜合體建筑,單體功能多樣,地標(biāo)造型獨特。在該項目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中采用了多種新型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù),總結(jié)了相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究分析與設(shè)計應(yīng)用。其中針對40m跨度的大跨重載結(jié)構(gòu),項目組提出了新型開洞鋼板墻-鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并通過理論分析和試驗,系統(tǒng)研究了其力學(xué)性能,介紹了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計方法;對設(shè)置在4個單體建筑之上的M形采光頂,采用隔震支座與預(yù)應(yīng)力拉桿組合鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,解決了連接體受力復(fù)雜、差異變形的難題;對跨度40m、高差50m的屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu),基于應(yīng)變能優(yōu)化原理,采用了懸鏈狀柔性結(jié)構(gòu)體系;對25m大跨度鋼樓梯,采用交叉張弦預(yù)應(yīng)力結(jié)構(gòu)體系完成設(shè)計,同時采用穩(wěn)態(tài)分析法進行了人行舒適度驗算。

Research and application of new steel structure technology in Suzhou Modern Media Plaza

Abstract:Suzhou Modern Media Plaza is a typical urban complex building with diverse functions and unique landmark shape. In the structural design of this project, a variety of new steel structure technologies were adopted. The research, analysis and design application of related technologies were summarized. The project team put forward a new type of steel truss-steel plate wall with opening structure system for the large-span and heavy-load structure with 40m span, and through theoretical analysis and test, its mechanical properties were systematically studied, and the corresponding design methods were introduced; for M-shaped lighting roof set on four monolithic buildings, seismic isolation support and prestressed tie rod combination steel structural system were adopted, which solved the problem of complicated mechanism and differential deformation of the connected body; for roof steel structure with a span of 40m and a height difference of 50m, a catenary flexible structural system was adopted based on the principle of strain energy optimization; for 25m large-span steel staircase, the cross tension string prestressing structural system was  adopted to complete the design. The steady state analysis method was used to calculate the comfortableness of the pedestrian.
