冷彎型鋼骨架帶交叉支撐墻體抗剪性能計(jì)算方法

[摘要]進(jìn)行了2塊雙面無板帶交叉扁鋼拉條支撐的冷彎型鋼骨架墻體足尺試件(寬2.4m,高3m)抗剪試驗(yàn)。利用提出的墻體抗側(cè)移剛度簡化計(jì)算模型推導(dǎo)了墻體抗側(cè)移剛度理論計(jì)算公式,并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和有限元分析結(jié)果,得到墻體抗側(cè)移剛度實(shí)用計(jì)算公式,公式計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)、有限元分析結(jié)果吻合較好;通過對(duì)墻體在水平力作用下的各種可能破壞模式的研究,提出了相應(yīng)的墻體最大抗剪承載力計(jì)算模型,并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)和有限元結(jié)果,得到了墻體最大抗剪承載力實(shí)用計(jì)算公式,公式計(jì)算結(jié)果同試驗(yàn)、有限元分析結(jié)果比較一致。

Calculation method for shear performance of cold-formed steel framing  wall with steel X-strap bracing

Abstract:The shear performance of two fullsize (2.4m by 3m) specimens of cold-formed steel framing wall with steel X-strap bracing on both sides was studied by test. The simplified calculation model of the lateral stiffness of walls was put forward to deduce the theoretical calculation formula of the lateral stiffness of walls. Combining with test data and finite element analysis results, the practical calculation formula of the lateral stiffness of walls with steel X-strap bracing on both sides was proposed. And the calculation results of the practical calculation formula agree well with experimental data and finite element results. The calculation model of the maximum shear resistance of the wall was proposed by studying the possible failure modes of the walls under the horizontal force.  Combining with test data and finite element analysis results, the practical calculation formulae of the maximum shear resistance of walls with steel X-strap bracing on both sides were obtained. And the calculation results of the formulae are consistent with test data and finite element analysis results.
