單層平面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)找形分析

[摘要]由于橫索懸垂、復(fù)雜邊界和不對稱張拉等因素影響,大尺度單層平面索網(wǎng)玻璃幕墻中出現(xiàn)玻璃安裝困難和索力耦聯(lián)等問題。提出了單層平面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的找形問題,并分析了該問題的獨(dú)有特點(diǎn)和解決的必要性。針對此類找形問題,文中對非線性有限元逆迭代法進(jìn)行推廣,提供了方便實(shí)用的解決方法。為了提高迭代的收斂速度,引進(jìn)了找形差值修正比例因子矩陣,并給出了該矩陣元素的具體計(jì)算公式。算例證明,該方法精確實(shí)用,表明單層索網(wǎng)玻璃幕墻支承體系的找形分析非常必要,而且經(jīng)找形后的索網(wǎng)索力分布更均勻,減少了兩個(gè)方向索力的耦聯(lián),提高了索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Form-finding of singlelayer plane cable net

Abstract:Many problems, such as difficult glass installation, coupled cable tension, are appeared in large scale single-layer cable net glass curtain wall due to the affection of  suspension deflection of horizontal cables, complicated boundary, asymmetric tensioning etc. Form-finding for single-layer plane cable net was put forword, and the characteristics and the necessity of solving the problem were analyzed. A convenient and applicable solving method was provided by generalizing and improving the nonlinear finite element inverse iteration method. A modified ratio factor matrix was introduced for increasing the convergence rate of iteration.The specific formulae were given for calculating the matrix elements. Two given examples indicate that the proposed method is accurate and practical. Conclusions are drawn that formfinding analysis for support system of single-layer cable net glass curtain wall is necessary, and it can make the cable tension no-coupled and distribution more uniformly, ultimately enhances the safety and economy of the cable structure.
