[摘要]中國(guó)航海博物館單層曲面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及分析難度大,利用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行了索網(wǎng)網(wǎng)格優(yōu)化、找形、復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析、強(qiáng)度和防松弛驗(yàn)算、索網(wǎng)變形驗(yàn)算等工作,以實(shí)現(xiàn)索網(wǎng)造型和保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。索端球鉸裝置的設(shè)計(jì)也可為同類項(xiàng)目提供參考。

Abstract:The analysis and design of the single-layer cable-net curve curtain wall of China Maritime Museum are difficult. Lattice optimization and form-finding of the cable-net, finite element analysis of the complex joints, cable strength and anti-relaxation calculation, deformation calculation were introduced with ANSYS software to satisfy the shape and safety of the structure. The design of ball hinges at the end of the cables could be reference for other similar projects.
