國內(nèi)外混凝土構(gòu)件裂縫控制安全度設(shè)置水平的比較

[摘要]根據(jù)已收集到的國內(nèi)外混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范關(guān)于裂縫寬度計算公式的有關(guān)規(guī)定,對裂縫寬度計算公式的保證率及其荷載效應(yīng)組合等進行了比較,并初步研究了《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50010—2002)裂縫寬度計算公式的安全度設(shè)置水平。提出了以等效保證率作為衡量頻遇組合或準(zhǔn)永久組合下裂縫寬度計算公式的安全度評判指標(biāo)的建議。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對我國規(guī)范GB50010—2002的裂縫寬度計算公式提出了兩點修訂建議:將裂縫寬度公式的計算保證率由95%降為82%,相應(yīng)的受彎構(gòu)件受力特征系數(shù)由2.1降為1.7;除吊車荷載外,其他構(gòu)件可考慮采用頻遇組合代替標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組合進行裂縫寬度計算。

Comparison of safety level of Chinese and foreign crack control of concrete members

Abstract:According to the crack-width formula in Chinese and foreign concrete structure design codes, the calculation guarantee rate of flexural crack-width formula, load combination etc., were compared, and the safety level of flexural crack-width formula in GB50010—2002 was preliminarily studied. A new concept named equivalent guarantee rate was created as an index to evaluate the safety level of flexural crack-width calculation under frequent combination and quasi-permanent combination. Two revised suggestions about flexural crack-width formula in GB50010—2002 were presented: the calculation guarantee rate of flexural crack-width formula should be lowered from 95% to 82%, correspondingly the value of characteristic coefficient in flexural crack-width formula should be lowered from 2.1 to 1.7; except crane beams, the flexural crack-width should be calculated under frequent combination in place of characteristic combination.
