CFRP復(fù)合加固損傷RC梁抗彎承載力試驗(yàn)

[摘要]對在汶川地震中震損建筑物中拆下的強(qiáng)度等級約為C13的RC梁加固后進(jìn)行抗彎承載力試驗(yàn)研究,根據(jù)7組21個(gè)試件的三分點(diǎn)加載試驗(yàn),對梁的承載力、剛度和延性等進(jìn)行綜合評估。結(jié)果表明:與直接粘貼CFRP布相比,采用剔槽植入鋼筋置換混凝土灌膠再粘貼CFRP布復(fù)合加固方案加固的梁極限承載力有顯著提高,開裂荷載及延性有較大提高;試驗(yàn)中復(fù)合加固方案的CFRP布上的最大應(yīng)力值比直接粘貼CFRP布的大2~4倍,很好地發(fā)揮了CFRP布的高強(qiáng)作用;加載中復(fù)合加固方案的CFRP布被拉斷,經(jīng)計(jì)算并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,加固設(shè)計(jì)中梁的抗彎承載力提高數(shù)值滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,可避免CFRP布的拉斷。

Experiment on flexural capacity of damaged RC beams strengthened by composite CFRP sheets

Abstract:The experimental study on flexural capacity of RC beams about C13, which were detached from the damaged building of Wenchuan earthquake and were strengthened, was carried out. Based on the results of three points of division loading test on 21 models which were divided into 7 groups, the bearing capacity, stiffness and ductility were comprehensively evaluated. Results show that ultimate bearing capacity of RC beam strengthened by composite CFRP sheets is much higher than that of direct pasting CFRP. Cracking load and ductility are improved higher too. The maximum stress of CFRP on which reinforcement compound solutions is 2-4 times bigger than that of direct pasting and the high-strength effect of CFRP is used very well. The CFRP of reinforcement compound solutions were ruptured under given ultimate loads, and it would be avoided if the increased value meet interrelated laws by compositing calculation and test results.
