[摘要]為促進裝配式建筑向智慧化建造方向發(fā)展,根據智慧建造的內涵分析了裝配式建筑應基于BIM平臺和數據執(zhí)行綠色設計;建造過程可引入碰撞檢測、深化設計、施工進度模擬、監(jiān)理控制系統(tǒng)及BIM+技術,并且通過BIM協(xié)同平臺進行項目各階段的銜接以及各參建方的信息交互,實現項目的智能化管理;同時以廈門市的三個實際工程為例分析。研究表明,BIM技術是實現裝配式建筑智慧建造強有力的手段之一。

Intelligent construction of prefabricated building based on BIM technology

Abstract:For the purpose of promoting the development of prefabricated building towards intelligent construction, green design should be conducted in prefabricated building based on BIM platform and data according to the connotation of intelligent construction. Collision detection, deepening design, construction schedule simulation, supervisory control system and BIM+ technology can be introduced in construction process, and intelligent management of project can be finally realized by using BIM collaboration platform to link up each stage of the project and promote information exchange between the participating units. Meanwhile three practical projects of Xiamen City were taken as examples and analyzed. Study results show that BIM technology is one of the most powerful means to realize intelligent construction of prefabricated building.
