關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用研究綜述

[摘要]關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)是機(jī)械金屬結(jié)構(gòu)中一種重要的連接形式,由于其受力明確、制作簡(jiǎn)單、安裝方便和外形美觀等特點(diǎn),已成為現(xiàn)代鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中最常采用的節(jié)點(diǎn)形式之一。 首先介紹了關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后總結(jié)了關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的研究成果,同時(shí)列舉了關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)的在工程中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,最后指出了關(guān)節(jié)軸承連接節(jié)點(diǎn)存在的主要問(wèn)題?,F(xiàn)有研究表明,關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)具有良好的受力性能及延性,但是由于建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)類規(guī)范對(duì)其還沒(méi)有較為詳盡的規(guī)定,一定程度上制約了其應(yīng)用和發(fā)展,有必要對(duì)關(guān)節(jié)軸承的材料性能、節(jié)點(diǎn)承載能力、延性和抗震性能和構(gòu)造安裝要求進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。

Review of application of spherical plain bearing joints in steel structures

Abstract:Spherical plain bearing joint is an important form of connection mechanical metal structure, which has become one of the most commonly joints in the modern steel structure because of its clear mechanism, simple production, convenient installation and beautiful appearance. The research status  of spherical plain bearing joints was introduced firstly, and then the achievements of key issues were summarized. The practical application of the spherical plain bearing joint in engineering was enumerated. Finally the main problems of the spherical plain bearing joints were pointed out. Current study shows that this joint has good mechanical behavior and ductility. However, the detailed provisions in the steel structure specification have not been systematically conducted, which  restricts its wide acceptance to a certain extent. It is necessary to study the material properties, joint bearing capacity, ductility, seismic performance and installation requirements of the joints.
