蘇州地區(qū)某超高層建筑基礎優(yōu)化設計

(蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設計研究院有限責任公司，蘇州215021)［摘要］在蘇州地區(qū)某超高層建筑結構的基礎設計中，采用變剛度調平方法，對主樓樁基布置進行優(yōu)化，可有效協(xié)調塔樓核心筒與外圍框架柱間的差異沉降。采用灌注樁后注漿技術，既可確保樁基施工質量，又能提高單樁承載力，極大地發(fā)揮樁基承載的潛力。結合地區(qū)經驗對JCCAD沉降計算值進行修正，使基礎設計更加合理。分析了施工和使用階段兩種工況下的樁頂作用效應，認為合理利用水浮力以優(yōu)化樁基礎設計，對節(jié)約造價具有積極意義。［關鍵詞］樁筏基礎；灌注樁后注漿；壓縮模量；差異沉降中圖分類號：TU473.1文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2011)02-0097-04Optimization design on the foundation of a super high-rise building in SuzhouZhao Baoli(Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract:In the foundation design of a super high-rise building in Suzhou, the adoption of variable rigidity design to optimize the pile layout of the main building was proved to be effective for the coordination of different settlement between the core tube and the frame column outside. The application of post-grouting technique for cast-in-situ pile could not only ensure the construction quality, but also raise the bearing capacity of each pile. By comparing with the empirical value of the actual engineering practice, revision was made in settlement calculation by JCCAD to make foundation design more reasonable.
