[摘要]哈爾濱萬(wàn)達(dá)滑雪場(chǎng)是目前全球最大的室內(nèi)滑雪場(chǎng)。建筑面積約8-6萬(wàn)m2,其中雪面面積約6-4萬(wàn)m2,為超大跨度結(jié)構(gòu),造型獨(dú)特,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜超限,設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)較多。主要闡述超大室內(nèi)滑雪場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的特殊關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,其中包括荷載取值、設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系的形成、結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭、抗偏心優(yōu)化,雪道樓面抗拉設(shè)計(jì),雪道基層抗滑移試驗(yàn)及設(shè)計(jì),低溫鋼結(jié)構(gòu)性能研究,基礎(chǔ)抗不均勻豎向力、水平力設(shè)計(jì)及超常規(guī)節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)原則等,并提出了施工模擬分析、施工監(jiān)測(cè)及健康監(jiān)測(cè)等系列措施,保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和合理性,可供室內(nèi)雪場(chǎng)類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Research on key structural design technologies of Wanda Ski Center in Harbin

Abstract:Wanda Ski Center in Harbin is the largest indoor ski resort in the world, which covers a total floor area of 86 000m2, of which snow surface area covers about 64 000m2. The building is a super-long span structure with unique shape, and its out-of-code structure is complex, so many design difficulties exist. The special key technical problems of structural design of super-large indoor ski resort were mainly expounded, including load value, design standard, structural system formation, structural torsion and eccentricity optimization, tensile design of ski run floor, anti-sliding test and design on ski run base, research on performance of steel structure at low temperature, non-uniform vertical force and horizontal force design on foundation, super-conventional node design principles, etc. And a series of measures were put forward such as construction simulation analysis, construction monitoring and health monitoring to ensure the safety and rationality of the structure, which provide reference for design of indoor snow structures.
