超高層結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形與伸臂桁架安裝控制方法研究

[摘要]為在施工過程中采取有效的施工措施,控制完工后結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際標(biāo)高與設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高的差異值以及伸臂桁架的附加應(yīng)力,以西安金融中心為分析模型,綜合混凝土收縮徐變理論、時(shí)變結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)及有限元法等對(duì)不同伸臂桁架安裝方案下的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行施工全過程仿真模擬,得到了施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)各層豎向變形變化規(guī)律以及不同安裝方案下伸臂桁架附加應(yīng)力。分析結(jié)果表明,混凝土收縮徐變?cè)谡麄€(gè)施工過程中所占豎向變形比例為47%~59%,伸臂桁架安裝越早,結(jié)構(gòu)封頂時(shí)產(chǎn)生的附加應(yīng)力越大。結(jié)合控制論思想提出控制目標(biāo),通過實(shí)例給出超高層結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形與伸臂桁架安裝控制方法,并驗(yàn)證方法的有效性。研究結(jié)果對(duì)超高層結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形變化規(guī)律的掌握具有參考價(jià)值,所研究的豎向變形和附加應(yīng)力的控制方法對(duì)后續(xù)巨柱核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)超高層施工具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Research on vertical deformation and installation control method of outrigger truss for super high-rise structures

Abstract:In the construction process, effective construction measures are taken to control the difference between the actual elevation and the design elevation of the completed structure and the additional stress of the outrigger truss. The Xi′an Financial Center was used as an analytical model. The whole process simulation of the structure of different outrigger truss installation schemes was carried out by the concrete shrinkage and creep method, time-varying structural mechanics and finite element method. The variation law of vertical deformation of each layer of the structure during construction and the additional stress of the outrigger truss under different installation schemes were obtained. The analysis results show that the proportion of vertical deformation of concrete shrinkage and creep during the whole construction process is 47%~59%. The earlier the arm truss is installed, the more additional stress is generated when the structure is capped. Combined with the control theory, the control target w proposed. The vertical displacement of the super high-rise structure and the installation control method of the outrigger truss are given by examples, and the effectiveness of the method is verified. The research results  has reference value for mastering the variation law of vertical deformantion of super high\|rise structures, the vertical deformation and additional stress control methods have guiding significance for the subsequent super high-rise construction of the giant column core structure.
