考慮灌漿缺陷的裝配式混凝土柱抗震性能數(shù)值模擬*

摘 要

[摘要]使用彈簧單元和考慮缺陷的鋼筋灌漿料粘結(jié)滑移模型,建立了考慮缺陷影響的裝配式混凝土柱的有限元模型。為了證明該數(shù)值模型的有效性,將模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,分析了所用方法的有效性和不足?;谒P?,針對(duì)試件的承載力與延性,分析了循環(huán)荷載作用下灌漿缺陷對(duì)裝配式混凝土柱的性能影響。結(jié)果表明:數(shù)值模擬方法能較好地模擬灌漿缺陷對(duì)裝配式混凝土柱的性能影響。單調(diào)荷載作用下,在彈性階段,灌漿缺陷對(duì)裝配式混凝土柱的承載力、剛度和延性等影響不大;在塑性階段,灌漿缺陷會(huì)導(dǎo)致裝配式混凝土柱的承載力下降,延性降低。循環(huán)荷載作用下,在彈性階段,灌漿缺陷對(duì)裝配式混凝土柱的承載力、剛度和延性影響不大;在塑性階段,灌漿缺陷導(dǎo)致裝配式混凝土柱的承載力下降,剛度退化程度更劇烈,延性降低。

Numerical simulation on seismic behavior  of pre-cast concrete column with grouting defects

Abstract:Using spring element and bond-slip model of reinforcement grouting material considering defects, the finite element model of pre-cast concrete columns considering defects was established. In order to prove the validity of the numerical model, the simulation results and experimental results were verified, and the effectiveness and shortcomings of the method were analyzed. Based on the model, aiming at the bearing capacity and ductility of the specimens, the influence of grouting defects on the performance of pre-cast concrete columns under cyclic loading was analyzed.The results show that the numerical simulation method can better simulate the influence of grouting defects on the performance of fabricated concrete columns. Under the monotonic load, in the elastic stage, the grouting defect has little effect on the bearing capacity, stiffness and ductility of pre-cast concrete columns; in the plastic stage, the grouting defect will cause the bearing capacity of pre-cast concrete columns to decrease and the ductility to decrease. Under the cyclic loading, in the elastic stage, the grouting defects have little effect on the bearing capacity, stiffness and ductility of pre-cast concrete columns; in the plastic stage, the grouting defects cause the bearing capacity of  pre-cast concrete columns to decrease,  the degree of stiffness degradation to be more intense, and ductility to reduce.
