幕墻預(yù)埋件承載力非線性有限元分析

(1 華森建筑與工程設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)有限公司,深圳518054; 2 奧雅納工程咨詢有限公司,深圳518026)[摘要]根據(jù)試驗(yàn)提供的條件建立預(yù)埋件有限元模型,并介紹了數(shù)值模擬過(guò)程中為保證分析正確性采取的措施。利用LS-DYNA求解器進(jìn)行計(jì)算,考察了幕墻預(yù)埋件的抗拉承載力和抗剪承載力,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,有限元分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,數(shù)值模擬中混凝土裂縫的發(fā)展過(guò)程與試驗(yàn)中混凝土裂縫的開(kāi)展極為相近。分析方法可供類似項(xiàng)目參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]幕墻預(yù)埋件;有限元分析;非線性;抗拉承載力;抗剪承載力中圖分類號(hào):TU391.9文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2011)02-0094-03Nonlinear finite element analysis of bearing capacity of embedded part in curtain wallMa Chenjie1,2, Zhong Yubai1, Xu Xuan1(1 Huasen Architecture & Engineering Design Consultants Ltd., Shenzhen 518054, China;2 ARUP, Shenzhen 518026, China)Abstract:Based on the experiment, a finite element model was built, and the measures for ensuring the analysis accuracy in the numerical simulation process were introduced. Moreover, the LS-DYNA solver was adopted to investigate the tensile and shearing resistance capacity of the embedded part in curtain wall, and comparison with the experimental results was also made. The comparison shows that the finite element analysis results are consistent with the experimental ones, the development process of the crack in the reinforced concrete in the numerical simulation is very close to that in the experiment.
