小直徑芯樣法檢驗(yàn)套筒灌漿料實(shí)體強(qiáng)度的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]灌漿料強(qiáng)度是影響套筒灌漿連接性能的重要因素,為研究小直徑芯樣法檢測(cè)灌漿料實(shí)體強(qiáng)度,通過(guò)采用不同設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度、調(diào)整加水量和選擇試驗(yàn)齡期等三種方式,設(shè)計(jì)制作不同強(qiáng)度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件和小直徑圓柱體試件進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在相同條件下,小直徑圓柱體的抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)值比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件的抗壓強(qiáng)度值低;小直徑圓柱體試件抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)值與其破壞形態(tài)有關(guān),圓錐體破壞時(shí)抗壓強(qiáng)度最高,局部壓碎破壞時(shí)抗壓強(qiáng)度最低;不同品牌灌漿料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件的抗折強(qiáng)度差異較大;小直徑圓柱體試件抗壓強(qiáng)度值較好地服從正態(tài)分布;采用二次多項(xiàng)式函數(shù)建立小直徑圓柱體試件強(qiáng)度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件強(qiáng)度換算關(guān)系的擬合度最好;當(dāng)樣本容量大于15時(shí),小直徑圓柱體試件強(qiáng)度的均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和變異系數(shù)均趨于穩(wěn)定。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和參考依據(jù)。

Experimental study on testing entity strength of grout for sleeve splicing with tiny core method

Abstract:The grout strength is an important factor affecting the performance of grouted sleeve splicing of reinforcing bars. In order to research the compressive  strength of grout by tiny core method, three ways including different design strength, adjusting the water ratio and curing different days were adopted, and standard  specimens of different strengths and tiny diameter core specimen were designed and manufactured for compressive strength test. The results show that under the same condition, the characteristic compressive strength of tiny diameter core specimen is lower than that of standard specimen. The compressive strength of tiny diameter core specimen is relevant with the destructive shape. When the cone destruction occurs, the compressive strength is the highest, and when the partial crushing happens, it is the lowest. There is diverse flexural strength of grout produced from different manufactures.  It shows that the statistic results of tiny diameter core specimen′s compressive strength are well compatible with the normal distribution. It is the optimal way to employing the quadratic polynomial to fit the conversion relationship of strength between tiny diameter core specimen and standard specimen. When the number of specimen is larger than 15, the trend of mean strength, sample deviation and coefficient of variation about tiny diameter core specimen are going stable. The experimental results are contributed to the foundation of the draft on the standard about testing entity strength of grout.
