［摘要］某酒店因大風(fēng)降雨天氣導(dǎo)致外墻上部干掛石材脫落砸向地面，對(duì)人員及財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成較大影響。通過(guò)對(duì)該酒店干掛石材幕墻的整體檢測(cè)與檢驗(yàn)，參照《民用建筑可靠性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 50292—2015)，結(jié)合石材幕墻缺陷損傷特點(diǎn)，對(duì)石材安全性等級(jí)評(píng)定提出具體建議，為同類(lèi)干掛石材幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)安全現(xiàn)狀檢測(cè)及修復(fù)處理提供了參考。

Abstract:The dry-hanging stone on the exterior wall of a hotel fell off and hit the ground due to heavy wind and rain, which had a great impact on the safety of people and property. Based on the overall inspection and appraisal of the dry-hanging stone curtain wall of the hotel, according to the Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings (GB 50292—2015), concrete suggestions for the evaluation of stone material safety grade were put forward considering the defect damage characteristics of stone curtain wall, which provides a reference for the inspection and appraisal of similar dry-hanging stone curtain wall structures.
