變頻磁化水對混凝土抗裂性能影響的研究*

[摘要]為明確變頻磁場產(chǎn)生的磁化水對混凝土抗裂性能的影響,采用圓環(huán)試驗(yàn)法,以混凝土開裂時(shí)刻為主要指標(biāo)評價(jià)試件的抗裂性能;研究不同水流速度下,變頻磁化水pH值、電導(dǎo)率、表面張力的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:變頻磁化水混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度相比普通水混凝土提高4-33%~18-89%;與普通水相比,變頻磁化水物理性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化,其pH值、電導(dǎo)率、表面張力隨水流速度變化呈不規(guī)則波動(dòng);變頻磁化水能提高混凝土的抗裂能力,并存在一個(gè)最佳磁化參數(shù),水流速度為80mL/s時(shí),混凝土抗裂能力的增加幅度最大。

Study on influence of frequency-converted magnetized water on crack resistance of concrete

Abstract:In order to clarify the effect of magnetized water produced by frequency conversion magnetic field on the crack resistance of concrete, the ring test method was used to evaluate the crack resistance of concrete specimens with the crack time as the main index, and the variation laws of pH value, conductivity and surface tension of magnetized water were studied under different water flow velocities. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete with frequency-converted magnetized water is 4-33%~18-89% higher than that of concrete with ordinary water; the physical properties of frequency-converted magnetized water change, and its pH value, conductivity and surface tension fluctuate irregularly with the change of water velocity; and the frequency-converted magnetized water can improve the crack resistance of concrete. There is an optimum magnetization parameter to produce maximum increase amplitude of crack resistance of concrete when the flow velocity is 80mL/s.
