[摘要]通過對8組24個立方體試件的剪切試驗,研究了透水混凝土加鋪層與既有水泥混凝土粘結面的抗剪性能,并分析了不同水泥混凝土開孔率以及透水混凝土強度對粘結面抗剪強度的影響。結果表明:試件破壞均出現在粘結面,且破壞形式均為脆性破壞,表明透水混凝土與水泥混凝土的粘結面是一個薄弱面;隨著開孔率的增大,粘結面抗剪強度逐漸提高,其中開孔試件的粘結面抗剪強度相較未開孔試件最高提高達47-02%;隨著透水混凝土強度的提高,粘結面抗剪強度有所提高,且提高幅度在20%以內。通過方差分析表明,水泥混凝土開孔率和透水混凝土強度的交互作用對粘結面抗剪強度影響極不顯著,而開孔率對粘結面抗剪強度起主要控制作用。研究成果可以為透水混凝土改造既有水泥混凝土路面的工程實踐提供參考。

Experimental study on shearing property of bonding surface formed by using permeable concrete to transform the existing cement concrete pavement

Abstract:The shear test was carried on 24 cube specimens of 8 groups. The shearing property of bonding surface formed by using permeable concrete to transform the existing cement concrete pavement was studied, and the influencing regulations of different drilling proportions and permeable concrete strength on new and old concrete bonding shear property were analyzed. The results show that the damage of the specimens is appear on the bonding surface, and the failure modes are brittle failure. It′s proved that the bonding surface between permeable concrete and the cement concrete is an unsubstantial interface. The shear strength of bonding surface tends to enlarge with the increase of drilling proportion, and compared with undrilled specimens, the shear strength of drill specimens can most increase 47.02%. The shear strength of bonding surface also tends to enlarge with the increase of the permeable concrete strength, and the increased range come within 20%. The variance analysis shows that the interaction of drilling proportions and permeable concrete strength has no effect on shear strength of interfacial bonding between the permeable concrete and the cement concrete, the drilling proportions play a leading role. The research results can be used in the actual project of pavement reconstruction.
