[摘要]為提出自然環(huán)境條件下合理的混凝土收縮預(yù)測模型,分析了在溫度作用下既有混凝土收縮預(yù)測模型的差異性,收集了國內(nèi)外自然環(huán)境條件下24組混凝土試件收縮測試結(jié)果,探討了日照、降雨、環(huán)境平均相對濕度、混凝土強度和類型對混凝土收縮應(yīng)變的影響,基于試驗數(shù)據(jù),對CEB10模型進行了修正,得到了混凝土收縮預(yù)測模型。結(jié)果表明,考慮溫度效應(yīng)的既有混凝土收縮預(yù)測模型對溫度的敏感性有較大差異,不能較為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測自然環(huán)境條件下混凝土收縮應(yīng)變;自然環(huán)境與實驗室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)境下的混凝土收縮應(yīng)變之比可分為穩(wěn)定部分和變化部分,日照、降雨、環(huán)境平均相對濕度、混凝土強度和類型影響其穩(wěn)定部分,溫度變化歷程影響其變化部分;基于大量實測結(jié)果獲得的混凝土收縮預(yù)測模型公式可較為準(zhǔn)確地計算自然環(huán)境條件下混凝土收縮應(yīng)變。

Concrete shrinkage prediction model in natural environment

Abstract:In order to put forward the reasonable concrete shrinkage prediction model under natural environment, the differences of existing concrete shrinkage prediction models under temperature action were analyzed. The influence of shrinkage test results of 24 groups of concrete specimens under natural environment at home and abroad were collected. The sunshine, rainfall, environmental average relative humidity, concrete strength and type on the concrete shrinkage were discussed. Based on the experimental data, the CEB10 model was modified to predict the shrinkage of concrete. The results show that the existing shrinkage prediction models considering the temperature effect have great differences in temperature sensitivity and fail to accurately predict the shrinkage strain of concrete under natural environment; the ratio of shrinkage strain of concrete under natural environment and laboratory standard environment can be divided into stable part and changeable part, where sunshine, rain fall, environmental average relative humidity, concrete strength and type affect the stable part and temperature change process affect the changeable part; the formula of concrete shrinkage prediction model based on a large number of measured results can more accurately calculate the shrinkage strain of concrete in natural environment.
