世博會(huì)城市最佳實(shí)踐區(qū)C-1場(chǎng)館大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

[摘要]世博會(huì)城市最佳實(shí)踐區(qū)C-1場(chǎng)館系大懸挑、大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)與框架-型鋼混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了選擇框架-剪力墻-型鋼混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系的合理性及在大懸挑、大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)的適當(dāng)部位設(shè)置剪力墻的必要性,其在抵抗水平力的同時(shí)還起調(diào)控結(jié)構(gòu)彈性扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比和構(gòu)件撓度的作用。運(yùn)用SAP2000有限元程序?qū)π弯摶炷凌旒苓M(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和分析,解決了結(jié)構(gòu)大懸挑、大跨度難題;又通過(guò)在弦桿、桁架端部剪力墻適當(dāng)部位施加預(yù)應(yīng)力,很好地解決了弦桿、剪力墻所受軸向拉力過(guò)大、不能滿足抗裂要求的問(wèn)題。

Design and analysis on large cantilever structure of the C-1 Pavilion
in Urban Best Practice Area of Shanghai Expo

Abstract:The C-1 Pavilion in Urban Best Practice Area (UBPA) of Shanghai Expo adopted large cantilever and large span structures. According to the comparative analyses with the frame-steel reinforced concrete truss structure, the frame-shear wall-steel reinforced concrete truss structure system was verified to be reliable for the C-1 Pavilion. It is suitable to set shear walls at the appropriate part of the large cantilever, large-span structures, which could not only resist the horizontal forces in structures, but also adjust the elastic torsional displacement ratio and the deflection. By means of applying the FEA program SAP2000, the steel reinforced concrete truss had been designed and analyzed, therefore the problem of large cantilever and large  span structure was finally solved. Considering chords and shear walls suffered large amount of axial tension and the crack width could not meet the requirement of code, the prestressed reinforcement tendons were applied to the appropriate part of chords and shear walls. The design of truss components section and joint were finally provided for the reference of future similar projects.
