[摘要]為了解決脫硫石膏大量堆置帶來的環(huán)境污染問題,擬將改性脫硫石膏作為膠凝材料替代水泥應(yīng)用于巷道噴層支護(hù)中。為了驗證該類支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性,設(shè)計了不同加載條件下改性脫硫石膏基混凝土巷道噴層支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)模型試驗,對改性脫硫石膏基混凝土支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。試驗結(jié)果表明:改性脫硫石膏基混凝土支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體承載力較大,替代水泥混凝土用于煤礦巷道支護(hù)是可行的;側(cè)壓是決定整個支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)承載力大小的關(guān)鍵因素,隨著側(cè)壓的逐漸增大,支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體承載力逐漸減小,且試件的破壞形式由拱部壓剪破壞逐漸向腿部受拉破壞過渡。

Experimental study of modified flue gas desulphurization gypsum concrete support structure

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the large amount of flue gas desulphurization(FGD), the modified FGD gypsum was used as cementing material instead of cement in roadway shotcrete support structure. In order to verify the stability of this kind of support structure, the model test of modified FGD gypsum concrete support structure of roadway under different loading conditions was designed, and its mechanical properties were systematically studied. The results show that: the overall bearing capacity of modified FGD gypsum concrete support structure is enough to replace the cement concrete in support of the coal mine roadway; the lateral pressure is the key factor to determine the bearing capacity of the whole supporting structure, with the increase of lateral pressure pressure, the overall bearing capacity of the retaining structure decreased gradually, the failure form of the specimen is gradually destroyed by arch compression shear failure to leg strain failure.
