[摘要]針對疊合板式剪力墻結構,考慮疊合板式剪力墻預制外墻板與夾心現(xiàn)澆混凝土疊合面之間摩擦滑移這一高度非線性分析過程的影響,利用試驗測試數(shù)據(jù)和非線性有限元軟件ABAQUS,設置了7組不同相互作用的有限元模型,研究疊合板式剪力墻結構的破壞機理。比較在是否考慮摩擦滑移的情況下,疊合板式剪力墻結構的承載力、延性以及抗震能力的大小。通過分析與對比,在摩擦滑移的影響下,由于疊合面的存在,其內部夾心部分要先于外部預制部分破壞,呈現(xiàn)一定的分層破壞。研究結果表明,疊合板式剪力墻考慮摩擦滑移更加接近實際情況,且疊合板式剪力墻與全現(xiàn)澆混凝土剪力墻在抗震性能上區(qū)別相差不大,可等同于全現(xiàn)澆混凝土剪力墻的抗震性能。

Study on the failure mechanism of laminated plate shear wall considering the friction slip

Abstract:Aiming at the laminated plate shear wall structure and considering the influence of the highly nonlinear analysis process of the friction slip between the cast-in-site concrete sandwich composite surface and the precast cladding overlay on the laminated plate shear wall. Seven groups of different finite element models of interaction were set up, the destruction mechanism of the laminated plate shear wall structure was studied by using the test data and the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. In the case of whether considering friction slip, the bearing capacity, ductility and seismic capacity of the composite plate shear wall structure were compared. Through analysis and comparison, the deformation failure of the composite cladding was prior to the wall plate without considering the contact friction under the influence of the friction slip. Due to the existence of the laminated surface, the inner part of the sandwich was destroyed before the external prefabricated part and presents some delamination damage. The results show that the laminated plate shear wall considering the friction slip is closer to the actual situation. There is little difference in the seismic performance between the composite plate shear wall and the cast-in-site concrete shear wall, which can be equivalent to the seismic performance of the cast-in-site concrete shear wall.
