自密實(shí)混凝土與預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件粘結(jié)平面抗剪性能研究*

摘 要

[摘要]通過(guò)對(duì)26個(gè)試件進(jìn)行自密實(shí)混凝土與預(yù)制墻板的界面粘結(jié)滑移試驗(yàn),得到了界面粘結(jié)試件的受力過(guò)程、破壞形式以及試件的剪應(yīng)力滑移(τ—-S)曲線。主要研究自密實(shí)混凝土強(qiáng)度、混凝土類型(NC與SCC)、界面尺寸、粘結(jié)面的處理措施(鑿毛與界面劑)、膨脹劑摻量和其他主要因素對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土與預(yù)制墻板界面粘結(jié)性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:界面粘結(jié)破壞主要發(fā)生在結(jié)合面處,且大部分的試件兩個(gè)結(jié)合面的位移不是同步的;混凝土強(qiáng)度、混凝土類型、界面劑以及膨脹劑摻量均對(duì)自密實(shí)混凝土與預(yù)制墻板界面粘結(jié)性能有較大的影響;分析粘結(jié)滑移曲線將試件的受力過(guò)程劃分為:初始剛度階段、彈性變形階段、塑性變形階段、塑性破壞階段。

Study on shear performance of bonding interface between self-compacting concrete and prefabricated concrete components

Abstract:Through the interface bond-slip tests between self-compacting concrete and the prefabricated panel on 26 specimens, loading process, failure mode and shear stress-slip curve were obtained. The impacts of self-compacting concrete strength, concrete type(NC and SCC), interface size, bonding surface treatment measures (chiseling and interface agent), expansion agent dosage and other main factors on the interface bonding performance of self-compacting concrete and prefabricated panel. The test results show that the interface bond failure mainly occurs at the joint surface, and the displacements of the two interfaces of most of the specimens are not synchronous. The concrete strength, concrete type, interface agent and expansion agent dosage have great influence on the interface bonding performance of self-compacting concrete and prefabricated panel. The bond-slip curve is analyzed to divide the specimen stress process into four stages, including: initial stiffness stage, elastic deformation stage, plastic deformation stage and plastic failure stage.
