[摘要]為研究B03級(jí)加氣混凝土復(fù)合板的抗彎性能,對(duì)兩塊B03級(jí)加氣混凝土復(fù)合板和兩塊B03級(jí)加氣混凝土板進(jìn)行四分點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,B03級(jí)加氣混凝土復(fù)合板較普通B03級(jí)加氣混凝土板的抗彎性能得到較大改善,開裂荷載提高約1-3倍,極限承載力提高約2倍,開裂前抗彎剛度提高約2-2倍?;谄胀託饣炷脸休d力公式計(jì)算了B03級(jí)加氣混凝土板及其復(fù)合板的抗裂荷載和極限承載力,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相比,理論計(jì)算結(jié)果較為保守,表明兩種類型的板材均具有一定的安全儲(chǔ)備。B03級(jí)加氣混凝土復(fù)合板的開裂荷載實(shí)測(cè)值和理論值均能滿足北京地區(qū)100m以下高層居住建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Flexural behavior study of composite B03-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs

Abstract:In order to study the flexural behavior of composite B03-grade autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) slabs, the quarter-point bending experiments of two composite B03-grade AAC slabs and two B03-grade AAC slabs were carried out. The experimental results show that the composite B03-grade AAC slabs have better flexural behavior than that of ordinary B03-grade AAC slabs. The cracking load is increased by about 1-3 times, and the ultimate bearing capacity is increased by about 2 times, and the bending rigidity is increased by 2-2 times before cracking. Based on the general bearing capacity formula for AAC, the crack resistance load and ultimate bearing capacity of composite B03-grade AAC slabs and B03-grade AAC slabs were calculated. Compared with the experimental results, the theoretical calculation results were conservative, indicating that both types of slabs had certain safety reserve. The measured and theoretical values of the cracking load of composite B03-grade AAC slabs can meet the wind-resistant design requirements of the envelope structure of high-rise residential building below 100m in Beijing.
